1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the CatamaranCancun.com.mx website (hereinafter, 'the Site') and its services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of services
CatamaranCancun.com.mx is an online platform that facilitates the reservation of tours, excursions and tourist activities in Cancún and the Riviera Maya, Mexico. We act as intermediaries between travelers and tourism service providers.
3. Booking process
To make a reservation you must complete the online form with accurate information and provide a valid payment method. A reservation is considered confirmed only when you receive an email confirmation. CatamaranCancun.com.mx reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of limited availability or pricing errors.
4. Payments and prices
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and US dollars (USD). Payment is charged at the time of reservation confirmation through the Stripe secure payment platform. Prices include VAT (16%) where applicable. CatamaranCancun.com.mx is not responsible for additional charges from your bank or card.
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellations 72 hours or more in advance: full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows: no refund. In case of extreme weather conditions or force majeure, free rescheduling or full refund will be offered.
6. Traveler conduct
The traveler agrees to follow the guide's instructions, the safety rules of each attraction and respect the cultural and natural heritage of visited destinations. CatamaranCancun.com.mx reserves the right to exclude any traveler whose conduct affects the experience of other participants.
7. Limitation of liability
CatamaranCancun.com.mx shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, third-party acts, public transport delays, attraction closures or changes in visited site policies. We recommend purchasing additional travel insurance.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos and code, is the property of CatamaranCancun.com.mx and is protected by Mexican and international copyright laws. Reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.
9. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, available on the Site. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with that notice.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
